I have worked with KBK on multiple projects and they always exceed expectations. Most recently they completed a 415,000 sq ft. parking lot renovation which included Milling and Overlay at both 1.5” and 2.0” depths as well as full depth repairs.
During the bid phase alone, KBK provided Value Engineering which allowed us to reduce cost by more than 30%. Additionally, schedule completion date was reduced by approximately 25%.
